Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
A visitor information desk can be found in the baggage reclaim level; uniformed, bilingual special service representatives (SSRs) are stationed at key locations throughout the Terminal. SSRs can provide medical assistance and airport staff are available to book the airport's meeting room or suggest accommodation options at some of the major hotels nearby. The black airport telephones situated throughout the terminal can be used for paging assistance. For more information, contact the telephone line (tel: 713 640 3000).

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: ATMs and bureaux de change are available at the airport.
Eating and drinking: There are numerous eateries at the airport, including a Mexican restaurant, ice cream parlour, fast-food and coffee shops.
Shopping: Various shops, including newsagents and gift shops can be found in the central lobby upper level of the terminal, as well as in the central concourse and concourses A and C.
Luggage services: Trolleys are available for hire in the baggage reclaim area.


Conference and Business Facilities
A wheelchair-accessible meeting room is available on Concourse C; it can be booked through a SSR (see above). Bureaux de change offer fax and photocopying facilities.

Disabled Facilities
All areas of the terminal are fully accessible to disabled people. Visually-or hearing-impaired passengers can request information and assistance (tel: 713 640 3000 or TDD tel: 713 641 7781). The black airport telephones located throughout the terminal can be used for paging assistance.
